Dura Receives Quality Management Accreditation

To demonstrate our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, we have been working together with QMS International PLC to obtain our ISO 9001 accreditation.  As a centre of excellence, it was important for us to provide assurance that we do what we say we do.  For this reason we consulted with QMS International Plc to discuss our current procedures, from customer’s initial enquiry right through to our aftercare services.

After in an in-depth discussion regarding our processes, an ISO compliant manual was produced that outlines all of our guidelines for Dura’s quality management system.

QMS International is an ASCB accredited organisation who has helped over 20,000 companies with their quality management systems. 

We are proud to announce that we are now one of these companies. We have undertaken the market leading, 4 stage certification processes, and now possess an ISO 9001 accreditation to demonstrate our high levels of quality, increase our productivity and boost our customer’s satisfaction.
